EG Buurt Place Game, Amsterdam

Placemaking Plus invites you to brainstorm and participate in the Place Game E/G neighborhood. The question we will address is: How do we change the E/G neighborhood from livable to lovable?
Together with the residents of Reigersbos the many gray walls of the entrances to the shopping center will turn into colorful street art works that not only residents but also visitors will enjoy!

The Amstel III area undergoes a huge transformation ,the change will take place in a duration and placemaking plus aims to support the place be lovable in its transition.

Tiny Forest - Muziekplein

Plantdag Tiny Forest Muziekplein Terwijde Utrecht brings children closer to nature, gives a function to the void and integrates into the public space design under BFAS architectuur stedenbouw.

DAK 2018 is in its third year with plenty of events and initiatives making it a success yet again.

Placemaking Plus organized its first Painting Day. Together with the children from the Delflandplein neighborhood, they have filled the square with colorful works of art.
Playground CS, Amsterdam
Right before the Central Station of Amsterdam a beautiful temporary playground was opened mid July 2015: PlaygroundCS. Sand, buckets, shovels, loungers, hammocks and parasols gave the place the atmosphere of a beach .

Successful! That was the Droombaan skating project for and by the neighborhood organized in the New West district. It was a beautiful product of coalitions between stakeholders.
Placemaking Week 2017

Building upon the momentum of the Placemaking Leadership Council and 2016’s Placemaking Week in Vancouver, Project for Public Spaces collaborated with their Dutch partners — STIPO, Placemaking
Plus and Pakhuis de Zwijger—to create a dynamic forum for attendees to develop and share concrete strategies to advance placemaking locally and globally – the Placemaking Week 2017.
